The Boston PDA Developer's Group is an organization of professional and non-professional programmers and hardware designers for various PDA platforms including Pilot and Newton.

Our resident cabal of developers, responsible for many well known shareware and vertical applications for Palm, Newton and other platforms are a ready knowledge base for your PDA development questions.

We meet the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at MIT in Cambridge MA in MIT room 3-133, and welcome developers of all PDA persuasions.

Directions

By Car
If you need driving directions to Cambridge, take a look at this map courtesy of Yahoo. Parking on the MIT campus is often by permit only, so you will probably need to park on the street.

By MBTA
If you're coming via the T, you can take the Red Line to Central Square and walk to 77 Mass Ave (you can also get to 77 Mass Ave from Kendall Square by walking down the the Infinite Corridor to Building 3). The #1 and CT1 buses also stop in front of 77 Mass Ave.

Finding the room
If you find yourself lost, please consult the map in the lobby of 77 Mass Ave or ask a student for directions!

To get to room 3-133:

  • Enter the building from the Mass Ave side at the entrance with the large set of stairs near the bus stop.
  • Go through the lobby and straight down the hallway. Take a right before the stairway.
  • Room 3-133 is the second room on your right.
